Because of this substantial amoun  adopting energy saving methods and using modern technologies in this regard can be effective in reducing this rate. Electricity and heat are two main required energy type for buildings to providing energy demand of space heating space cooling, water heating, lighting and electrical equipment needs. Fuel cell technology is one of updated electricity generation procedures. In addition, it is beneficial in reducing fossil fuel consumption and environmental contamination. .
