This paper presents a novel framework based on Holonic architecture for the voltage control scheme with priority action of SmartPark. The proposed structural architecture is a hierarchical distributed structure in which two various information domains called controller Holon (CON-Holon) and energy management system Holon (EMS-Holon) are defined Moreover, in this structure a dynamic reconfiguration method for Holons is proposed to reduce the time of corrective actions in case of emergencies. This architecture provides flexibility to changes in the electrical network, resilience to disturbances security and information encapsulation. In addition, it reduces the extra communications and provides an optimal communication model for controller entities in voltage control framework
