The CFD model developed includes numerical model of mass transfer, air flow model, model of eddy diffusivity, pollutants deposition model, model of Monte-Carlo simulation. Air flow and Monte-Carlo simulation is used to determine the wind potential of Manjil area. Considering the stochastic nature of the phenomena, MonteCarlo simulation has been used for modeling of dispersion in partial differential equations of dispersion model. The finite volume method has been used for solving the equations. The equations are solved on the basis of power-law scheme
