In this paper, I don’t invention new thing; but I make new design for Fixed-Point MAC module in DSP with combination of available methods and topologies. Now a day because of widespread using of DSP and reaching to traits, like reduction power consumption and real-time processing, designers have to make more optimum DSPs with better designs exhibition. I try to reach above traits by exploiting asynchronous logic inherent benefits sake designing a high usage module in DSP namely MAC. The acquired result of this design, such as power consumption, real-time processing, more adaptation with periphery conditions, elimination of clock skew problem, and so on, are indebted of inherent properties of asynchronous logic.
