The development and implementation of current injection controller system based on FPGA on 25KA current injection machine

In this paper we present the development and implementation of current injection controller system based on FPGA. The system receives information of output current from user, such as current value and time of flowing current to load, and controls the output current. The system  turn the middle head of autotransformer and changing output current automatically between 0 and 25KA. This system consists of a mixed  implementation of software and hardware. The hardware is consists of two part; main part is connecting to stepper motor and turning middle head  of autotransformer to adjust output current and the next part of hardware is sensing temperature of autotransformer and sends it to computer.  The software is running in computer and gives this data and plot T-t diagram. The hardware were implemented by using FPGA and the software  was implemented in C++Builder.
